Taiwanese Lu Rou Fan by Chef Kelvin

Lu Rou Fan (滷肉饭) is one of the most beloved Taiwanese comfort foods.  Cooked in a rich broth to a melt-in-your-mouth texture, Lu Rou Fan consists of braised fatty pork, hard-boiled eggs (flavoured in the meat broth), steam rice and blanched veggies. Pork belly, the star component of the dish, is richly seasoned, cooked to an almost gelatinous texture and coated with a layer of sticky broth. Simply irresistible!


Sumptuous Indonesian Prawn Curry

Once this was TungLok’s signature dish. The broth consisting various melting of rempah ingredients, is delicious, rich, fragrant and savoury. This would serve as a great main course that delivers a delicious balance of sweet, sour, salty and spiciness.


Crab Cake with Lemon Aioli

Chef Kelvin’s rendition of crab cake features sweet, juicy crab meat, coated in breadcrumbs. Another great starter recipe to have!
