Beer Battered Fish and Chips

You will be learning restaurant-quality Fish & Chips recipe. This recipe was used to serve the popular Fish & Chips at 1 Michelin-starred, Cheek by Jowl. You will learn all the little details, how to create the proper batter, what is the ratio, how to select and process the fish, how to fry, how to elevate your fish and chips to a great one.


Triple-Cooked Fries with Spiced Ketchup

You heard us right. Learn from Chef Shah all the techniques to create the most delicious fries, it is not that simple as you think. Chef Shah has experimented a great deal to create a perfect one.


Tartar Sauce with Homemade Mayonnaise

A delicious tartar sauce can make or break the dish, it is that important.


Mushy Peas
