Learn modern, refined Chinese cuisine from Chef Zhao, who has spent more than 30 years specialising in Chinese cuisine. Chef Zhao is currently working at Mott 32, Marina Bay Sands.


The award-winning Mott 32 utilises the latest in modern and innovative cooking techniques from around the world to bring the best out of time-honoured recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.


Class will be taught in Mandarin and translated to English. Recipe will be written in both Mandarin and English. Note: photos are for references only.
