In this class, he will share his best menu items that will impress your guests and are achievable to be made at home, don’t miss out. Class will be taught in Mandarin and translated to English. 




Ipoh Curry Mee 怡保咖

Learn to create delicious Ipoh Curry Mee from Chef Huang who was born and raised at Ipoh and has more than 30 years of experience specialising in Chinese cuisine. You will learn to create authentic Ipoh Curry Mee along with its condiments, including coconut palm sugar Char Siu. The broth is lighter and places more emphasis in the use of aromatics like spices, herbs, and chillies.


Char Siu 煮椰糖叉

You will learn to create this fatty, tender, delicious Char Siu along with its marinade using coconut palm sugar. You will be delighted to enjoy this char siu with a piping hot and delicious broth of Ipoh Curry Mee.


Ipoh Style Fried Turnip 怡保炸沙葛饼

This Ipoh style fried turnip makes a complete appetizer to this whole meal. You won’t be disappointed!
