The Most Delicious 8 Treasured Duck with Glutinous Rice Filling 八宝鸭

This is a show-stopping, delicious, celestial Chinese heritage dish that will surely impress everyone. It is called Eight Treasure Duck because the duck is stuffed with eight types of ‘treasures or jewels’ such as barley, gingko nut, dried chestnut, lotus seeds that will create a delicious glutinous rice filling. The duck is first marinated, fried, stuffed before it is steamed or braised until soft and falling off the bone. Absolutely delicious!
