Founder of artisan bakery, BAO (Bakery Artisan Original), Christophe was previously at Spoon by Alain Ducasse at Intercontinental Hong Kong before he came to Singapore as executive pastry chef at the beloved now-shuttered Canelé patisserie, under Les Amis group. Christophe has worked at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants in France, United States and Asia.

The Ultimate 48H Pizza Dough

This dough delivers the most amazing pizza you will ever taste. The long rising time results in a lovely texture, extra-rich flavour and wonderful crust! We were completely blown away when tasting this delicious pizza created by the master baker Chef Christophe who was previously at Spoon by Alain Ducasse at Intercontinental Hong Kong. Christophe has worked at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants in France, United States and Asia.

 

Best Homemade Meat Ball Pizza

This pizza is gorgeous inside and out. Homemade meatballs (will be demo-ed) on a delicious pizza with cheese. Tender, flavour-packed meatballs are sliced and layered with cheese and homemade marinara sauce (will be demo-ed). This will be liked by all generations. You will learn the following: Chef Christophe’s Special Tomato Sauce, Chef Christophe’s Special Tomato Confit, Homemade Fennel and Sage Meat Ball.

 

Green Salsa Pizza and Tomato Confit

Slow roasted juicy tomatoes mixed with fresh herbs, broccoli and cashew make an amazing salsa perfect for breakfast lunch or dinner. This delicious tomato confit will quickly become your go-to for adding flavour to a wide range of dishes.

 

Classic Prosciutto and Arugula pizza
There is something about classic, the combination is just married in heaven. Homemade, delicious pizza crust topped with prosciutto, arugula and immediately consumed after it is made because it is just so damn delicious.

 

Chocolate Pizza
This showstopper pizza! Of course, we will not be doing this class without having a bit of chocolate indulgence by the master baker himself! Want it? Try it? Gotta Have It!

 

Chef Christophe’s Special Homemade Marinara Sauce and Pesto

Each student will bring home a lovely gift made specially by Chef Christophe’s himself, Chef Christophe’s Special Tomato Sauce and Green Pesto. These 2 sauces are incredibly delicious, apply it to a bread or just have it as is with a simple salad, the choice is yours!
