Sambal Belachan So Shiok

Learn to create this so delicious sambal belachan at home. This beautiful paste is made from varieties of ingredients resulting in an umami rempah to create that rich layer of taste in the prawn stock/broth. This versatile sambal is also key ingredient for variety of other cuisines such as sambal kangkong, sambal prawn, so on.

 

So Delicious and Comforting Braised Duck with Braised Tofu (This recipe can be used for chicken as well)
