Founder of artisan bakery, BAO (Bakery Artisan Original), Christophe was previously at Spoon by Alain Ducasse at Intercontinental Hong Kong before he came to Singapore as executive pastry chef at the beloved now-shuttered Canelé patisserie, under Les Amis group. Christophe has worked at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants in France, United States and Asia.

Quintessential Chocolate Soufflé

Master pastry chef, Christophe Grilo, will share with you all the techniques to create his quintessential soufflé – towering, straight-sided and golden brown on top. Delicate and airy, his classic soufflé is served with creamy homemade vanilla ice cream with a gentle drizzle of melting hot chocolate. You don’t want to miss this class!
